Zagreb is a fabulous little city with an interesting Jewish history which you will discover with quirky museums such as The Museum of broken relationships. Its restaurants are easy on your pocket, the old town streets an absolute delight and if you love tennis you will be able to enjoy the closing stages and final of the ATP world tour in Zagreb on the 10th February - includes tickets for as many days as you wish - agenda follows :-
Day 1 – FRIDAY - after arrival to Zagreb Airport. Transfer by bus to the interesting Jewish cemetary before being deposited at the hotel PALACE 4*, located in in the city centre. After check in, walking city tour with Roni, our guide for about 2 hours. There after we visit the Jewish Community Centre and their shul before returning to hotel.
Friday night kosher meal will be served at hotel.
Day 2 - SATURDAY - breakfast at hotel , and rest of the day ot your disposal either to go to shul and join in their chulent lunch provided by Chabad (tennis matches at ATP tournament ). We offer also possibility for dinner at hotel ( kosher )
Day 3 - SUNDAY - after breakfast excursion by bus to Lekenik (45 minutes drive ) with Roni our guide to get know the location where Fiddler on the roof was filmed and why the village has been in the news again with Topol visiting. Lunch in the countryside with local home products . Duration of trip app 5-6 hours. In the afternoon Tennis Final !
Day 4 - MONDAY - After breakfast you have a free day depending when flights have been booked home - transfers arranged back to Zagreb Airport for flight back home.
